Grant Dates

Edit the tables below to modify the dates shown on the Grant Acceptance Form and the notification emails for each grant. Please do not change the formatting or structure of this page–each table is parsed by a script that uses the grant year as a lookup to identify start/end dates. The tokens shown in curly braces like {grant-year} are used in notification messages. If a token does not apply to that particular grant, simply leave that space blank. Dates will appear in notices/forms as they are here: if you want the year, you’ll need to type the year.

To add a new year, click in the first row below the header and choose the EDIT TABLE icon near the right (looks like a four-square grid), then INSERT ROW BEFORE. Don’t delete previous years–leave them in place for reference.

Please make sure to test each grant type’s notification(s) AND Grant Acceptance Form before sending out acceptance notices.
