Overview
Versacare Foundation is an independent, private foundation which supports requests for programs and projects that are consistent with Versacare’s Mission and the Mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. At the discretion of the Versacare Board, a select few projects outside Versacare’s core mission focus may also be funded.
Grants
Versacare Foundation grants are competitive.
The Versafund Grant Program offers four different grants, each with different levels of potential funding.
- K-12: up to $10,000 depending on school size
- Catalyst Grant: $2,500 to $10,000
- Venture Grant: $10,001 to $40,000
- Impact Grant: Over $40,000
The Impact Grant is offered by invitation to applicants implementing proven successful practices as well as organizations demonstrating creativity and innovation in the delivery of services that meet the needs of individuals or groups. An invitation to apply is based on information provided by the applicant and is not a commitment of funds; Impact Grant applications are subjected to vetting and board approval as are all grant requests.
